Fundraising at The Color Wheel – Paint for a Cause! 🎨💖 Looking for a fun and creative way to raise funds for your school, team, or nonprofit? Host a fundraiser at The Color Wheel! We offer a unique and engaging way to support your cause while having fun with friends and family. How It Works: Your group will come in and enjoy a pottery painting session at our studio. We’ll donate 15% of the total sales from your event back to your cause! Whether you're raising funds for a school project, a community event, or a charitable cause, we provide a welcoming, creative environment where participants can create beautiful pottery pieces, make memories, and support your mission. It's a win-win: your supporters get to have fun and take home a unique piece of art, while your group gets the funds it needs! Cancellation Policy
The Color Wheel Fundraising Policy At The Color Wheel, we love partnering with schools, teams, clubs, and community organizations to support creative and meaningful fundraising events. Whether it’s a paint night, pottery party, or themed event, we aim to make fundraising fun, easy, and successful! Event Planning Fundraisers must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance. A custom event flyer and promotional materials can be provided upon request. The organization is encouraged to help promote the event through social media, email, and community outreach. Profit Sharing The percentage of proceeds donated back to the organization is based on total event sales and will be agreed upon at the time of booking. 15%of all eligible sales from the fundraising event will be donated to your organization. Payment The Color Wheel will issue a check to the fundraising organization within 30 days of the event date. The check will be made payable to the organization name provided at booking and mailed or available for in-studio pickup, whichever is preferred. Requirements A minimum number of attendees may be required to qualify as a fundraiser. All fundraising participants must mention the fundraiser at check-in or present the event flyer for their sales to count toward the total. Cancellations If the event must be canceled or rescheduled, we ask for at least 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability. Promotion Guidelines The organization is responsible for ensuring the event is shared with their audience. The Color Wheel is happy to co-promote on our social channels when materials and details are provided.
